Currently reading "The Dog Stars" by Peter Heller. On page 37, took a bit to get used to his unique style, but it's GOOD so far. (It is "another" post-apocalyptic type story, but it's fabulous so far, and has caught my attention after just a couple pages.)

Just finished David Sedaris' "Me Talk Pretty One Day." I hadn't yet read anything of his (yes, I'm sure I'm well behind on that)...but it was incredible! Had me laughing, and empathizing, with his character. Well worth reading, and I'm hooked on him!

I just got a Kindle for xmas/bday, and downloaded a shitton of books, so I'm sure I'll post here often.

Finished reading "The Temple Of My Familiar" by Alice Walker. It was a bit confusing at times and a bit hard to follow. I gave it to a local second-hand shop so someone else can have the pleasure of reading it.

Started re-reading "The Hobbit" by Prof JRR Tolkien. Believe it or not, but I've read it only once before. I have to read it now so that when the movie is released I can pick it to pieces. :)

About 1/3 of the way through. Good stuff. And although I liked Porno, this really matches the tone of Trainspotting.
