I would be totally exploratory with my body of course. Sometimes I do think about how annoying it would be to have a penis and testicles. I would have to learn what not to do in order to save myself from pain down there (like sitting a certain way). What about the hormonal properties of masculinity? All the testosterone running through my veins would make me feel kind of weird. I would probably go to the gym everyday to see if I gain more muscle quicker than a woman. Then try my best to impress chics at a club.
Examine the societal effects.
Also, shaving my face would be tough to get used to, but I shave my legs & underarms all the time so at least it's just one area.

I would start to miss my boobs though because my curves are what I treasure the most. : )
