Eric donations - tax deductable?

Ill try this question again and if the mods insist on closing the topic can you at LEAST PM me and tell me why and what the story is with this issue?
This SEEMS like a legitimate question.

Since its tax time, I am trying to find out if my 1200 donation to Eric's cause (which of course I was GLAD to be a part of regardless) is tax deductible.
Was there an official 501c3 name of the charity?

Thank you in advance,

D

It is a legitimate question, but we have very little information. Here is the original information that was posted on the website at the time (which I had posted in this thread):
posted:
We're donating 100% of the proceeds to an account set up by the Storey Dreams Foundation for Eric De La Cruz. Storey Dreams Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization and your donation is applicable for IRS tax credit. Tax-exempt number is 95-4295220. Donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

It was also posted in this thread: [forum.nin.com].

Other than this, we have no other information. The mods here are not tax experts and we do not want to mislead or give any misinformation. If or when we have more official information, we would certainly make it available. The reason why we close these threads is because there is a certain faction of internet trolls who feed off of this subject and we do not want to support their habit.
