Can anyone please give suggestions on parking. I've been to TO only once, and I'm driving in for this, and I have no clue where I should park, and how much it will cost; so any suggestions would be much appreciated! I am not staying in Toronto overnight, so I just need parking for the show, and for a little bit afterwards (going to check out a bar). Thanks!

Also thinking about doing the $300 donation thing. Would be cool...

Later.

If you want parking at the venue two options: at Ontario Place (which is where MA is located), or across Lakeshore Dr. at the Exhibition grounds. If you park at the Ex there's a bridge to Ontario Place. Traffic is usually bad, and Ontario Place doesn't have very much parking (construction is going to make it worse). I'm parking at the Ex and walking over.

park at the Ex, definitely

it's like a 5 minute walk, but it's worth it considering the clusterfuck that is the Ampitheatre parking usually.

Is it generally wheelchair accessible? I've only been there once for a Tool concert, and I never ventured beyond the accessible seating which is at the half-way point of the venue. Will I be able to get down to the pit for the sound check and backstage afterwards?

ive seen people with wheelchairs in there before, best is to call the venue and ask

It still hasn't sunk in. I'm awkward enough around normal people, so when I meet Trent, I'll probably stammer uncontrollably or something. Maybe I'll pull a Wayne's World and do an "I AM NOT WORTHY" thing, haha.

Doesn't look like you are coming to Montreal yet,
so I'm driving to Toronto.

I hope The Big Come Down / Me I'm Not / Beginning of the End / Survivalism and stuff from The Downward Spiral is playing

Hey, thanks for the answers! Any ideas on how much it costs? I'm coming all the way from NB for this so I'm trying to plan out as much as I can. smiling smiley

Also just got my $300 thing. Figured it's one of those once in a lifetime opportunities so might as well do it. Gonna be sweet! grinning smiley

i can't believe that what i feel is finally happening to me. make it hurt. and point the finger at my insecurities. well i guess i just don't understand about those complexities in your mind. and i guess i just don't understand why this world seems so unkind.

maybe. maybe just once. i get what's coming. maybe. maybe just once. i get what's coming to me.

so once again the way you feel will never ever stay the same. and i'm to blame. i wonder just who made the rules up for this game. well i guess i just don't understand about what you want and what you need. and i guess i just don't understand about why this is how it has to be.

so go ahead. you say those thousand things you think you have to say. look at me. and tell me love's not such a hard word anyway. well how can you count on me? i thought you realized for sure. and how can you just believe, i thought i deserved just a little more. what's coming to me, oooooh gooood!

THIS SONG RULES SO HARD!

PLEASE PLAY MAYBE JUST ONCE OR PUREST FEEEEELING >_<

Well, last time I parked at the Ex they had no booths with the parking dude, they had the automated "Pay and Display" machines that only took credit cards, if my foggy memory serves me correct, so you just need to key in the proper amount. Figure $20. And please bring some fresh Donairs with you...I'm in section 203, row E.smileys with beer

I have a buddy who will be coming down to the show with us and is looking for a ticket, any ticket really, as he does NOT want to miss out on this last tour! If anyone could help out that would be awesome. Looking forward to next week for sure! Will be donating $300 as soon as my buddy gets his CC back in the mail. Looks like there will be a shitload of us in there.

Hitting up TV on the Radio in MTL the next night, and have an extra ticket for that show if anyone was interested in that?

adios!

05/25/09 6:12 PM

Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any idea around what time the will call opens the day of the show? I've searched high and low for this info, and from what I understand it varies by venue. I'm just nervous cause I made the $300 donation, but I got my presale tickets from the Jane's site... So I guess I just want to be sure I can get my tickets long before the 4:30pm soundcheck.

Any info is very much appreciated.

I am beyond excited! AAAAHHH! grinning smiley grinning smiley grinning smiley

if i were you i'd park somewhere farther away from the venue and then take the TTC. Its $2.75 per ride, probably cheaper than parking down there. if you're staying in a hotel or something, maybe you could just leave the car there and take public transit.

Just got my $300 package. HOLY EFFING CRAP!!! I get to meet Trent & company and then watch from the pit. Anyone else as stoked as me? Also, does anyone know about digital cameras? I don't want to take pics of me & Trent on a crappy cellphone.

accessible, for contributors - - i'm sure if you donated to the cause - - you'll have no problem enjoying the benefits of your contribution - -

or take Go transit to Exhibition stop,im taking it coming from hamilton,if you drink beer,it takes about one full one to cross the parking lot to the venue(been there a couple times seems to work perfect each time too!! smiling smiley)

I have an extra presale ticket for sale:
Sec 201 Row E

I'm interested in splitting a VIP package with someone. So let me know if you're interested. Or if you just want the ticket, maybe I can sell you the presale ticket and I can split the VIP with someone else that has already posted about splitting....

05/26/09 7:53 AM

anybody know about the nin presale lineup? where its going to be, and when the tickets are going to be given out? and what time are the doors for the presale lineup?

Hey guys,

I'm driving to TO with 3 of my friends from Montreal to watch this show - we unfortunately got lawn seats (/cry) but I am seriously thinking of spending the $1,000 package.

I'm not sure though...I'm moving out next month so it's kind of a big portion of money I'd be better off having, playing it responsible, you know?

But fuck that, it's Trent Reznor.

Is anyone interested in splitting the $1,000 with me?
I'll bring my camera :p
