Then, you arrive at the venue on concert day (a bit early!) and you can pick up your tickets from a special window. Then you get to go into the venue long before anyone else! Hope that helps. It does help, but in my experience at the Verizon Amp. every ticket has been a sold seat (except for the lawn of course) so how would that work if there isn't a "pit" or "rail" position? Does this just mean that if you buy pre-sale to the Charlotte show, you'll get better seats? Although I have been to amphitheaters that made a pit for certain shows, does anyone think they will do it for this one? Or is this just a "wait and see"? B/c I don't have any patience.

Linkin Park had one last year and I seem to recall a PIT quite a few times for various shows there. +The presale date is usually a few days before the sales go to the general public. It'll be posted on the tour page.
