Ich will den Will Call name ändern hab auch schon mit denen gesprochen und habe diesen Text als E Mail bekommen: Dear Fan, The will call name on your ticket order is I.....B.... If you need to change the name on the tickets, please let us know no later than Noon on Friday May 1st. The name you provide during the ordering process does not need to match the name on the credit card. The will call name will be printed on the tickets and only the person whose name is on the tickets will be able to pick up all of the tickets with a picture ID and a copy of the order confirmation. The barcodes on the tickets will then be scanned at the door to gain entry into the venue. Thank you, Dieses let us know ... wie meinen die das ? Einfach ne E-Mail hinschicken oder wie`? Hilfe?!

I wanted to say that i've got my ticket for this show and i'm staying at the city's jugendherberge. It costs a little less then €25 per night. Sie müssen am Tag des Konzert beim Philipshalle die Karten abholen. Sie werde die eMail, Abbildungskennzeichnung und die Kreditkarte, die benutzt wird, um die Karten zu kaufen brauchen. Der Kunde, dessen Name auf den Karten ist muss zum Konzert gehen. Ich habe auch “will call” Karten bestelt und ich habe nur diese eMail erhalt. I hope this helps

Thanks for your help. I was a bit unsure since I have never bought any presale tickets with NIN. Didn't know if I just have to print out this email or not. I've found out that "Will Call" just means, that I'll "call" them, or in my case: be there and pick them up at time. So I was a bit worried since I didn't know if everyone got their tickets via mail or will pick them up at concert date. Thanks. You helped me, since this is a bday present and I don't want my mate to be disappointed when we show up and it says "oh sorry... you haven't received your tickets via mail, we don't know why" ;-) Keep up the German. Wer weiß, wie ich an die Zuständigen hier von NIN bzw. zu den pre-sale-tickets eine Frage stellen kann bzw. wo muß ich hin schreiben? Will folgendes wissen: Wenn jemand eine pre-sale karte gekauft hat mit seinem Namen drauf und die dann am Konzert-Abend mit seinem Perso (ID) abholt und bezahlt, könnte ich demjenigen noch die Karte abkaufen und mit dieser Karte ins Konzert kommen, ohne daß die Ordner an der Tür meinen Namen mit dem auf dem Ticket vergleichen????? Vielen Dank im Voraus!
