So I know people have posted about it, but can anyone from the T5 show on Tues speak to the camera policy? Point-and-shoot only? SLRs allowed? Video cameras allowed? Seems like you get different info depending who you ask.

Considering I don't have nin.com presale tickets, what would be a reasonable time to arrive at the venue tomorrow in order to get to the very front rail and secure a spot near center stage?

I was hoping if I went early enough I might get a chance to see the sound check or possibly meet the band. I could be there as early as 1pm...

One section of the balcony on one side was for VIP. The rest was all available. They did not even pat us down as we entered the venue. If you want to bring a SLR, no problem. However, it may incur damage or loss (lost mine). First time I brought a camera too. This crowd is definitely not the same one from the NINJA tour. Camera people are not given any special consideration for not getting pushed/shoved.

what time is the terminal 5 show over? i am trying to decide if i need to drive in. the last train to westchester leaves at 1:50 am

Last night the show went to almost midnight. You should be fine to take the last train.

Does anyone know what time the show might be over by?

I'm about to leave Boston to head down to NYC! I'm hoping to make it to Bar Nine so maybe I will see some of you there?

yes, the balcony is first-come-first-serve, except for the left side of the first balcony which is VIP. you might want to talk to security on your way in and tell them you have a heart condition - they might be able to help out by putting you in the wheel-chair are. no guarantees.

i was in line by 6:00 and could have gotten a second-level balcony spot last night, had i wanted one.

I just checked my email and had msg from ticketmaster asking if I would review last nights show. I did not attend b/c i thought my tickets were for tonight. logged on to ticketmaster website and apparently they were for 8/25! If anyone has extra ticket, would you please PM me. Thanks

Oh yeah, I took a picture of the big video camera with the mic yesterday in the middle of the terminal 5 crowd.
For recording, it depends. Some of my videos came out really good (video & sound). I haven't had time to upload them from last nites show bc i went home and slept.. now i'm at work. As far as filming, I think for people to record at least their favorite song is alright. no?
