I'm bringing my D60, 50mm 1.8 and a 70-300 in a small camelbak style backpack. It's really just big enough to hold all my camera gear. Hope to see ya there! I'll be the bearded goofball with the neon green seatbelt camera strap.
Cool. Please post what he says regarding the bag. I have a black bag that barely fits my camera and two lens so I'd hope it would be ok. I'd email/call but I don't want to bother them if others are already asking.
I'm bringing my D90, 50mm 1.8 and 18-105. I have a 10-20 which could be cool for crowd/stage shots but it's a $$$ lens and would only be good for a few pics. I doubt I'd be close enough to the stage to get any cool pics with it.
Have you been to the Aragon lately? I haven't since seeing Pantera back in 97 and I don't recall exactly how far away the back is. If I get stuck near the back would I need a long lens or would 105mm work? I have a Sigma 70-300 but figured it wouldn't be needed. Now that you mention what you are doing the 70-300 + 50 might be a better combo than the 50 + 18-105.
If I see you I'll say hi. I'm your average 6'0 33 year old guy with brown hair.
