Been too busy (and broke) from raising kids of my own, and teaching Physics to everyone else's kids. Anyway, since the internet presale thing wasn't even around then (the internet itself was still fairly new...damn I'm old) Are the seats assigned based on seniority? Anybody know roughly how many tix they make available? I preferred it better when you just got your ass up early and went to the venue on sale day and could get a good seat. I need a good ticket damnit... I have missed live NIN so much!!!

I heard it was a fun place to watch shows- even if it was just a field with a stage in the middle somewhere. I've heard that someone is planning on building an amphitheater north of Austin- I believe near Georgetown. Austin really needs something like that in my opinion (ha! the live music capitol of the world indeed- unless you're a national band).

Southpark Meadows used to be an awesome concert venue, mainly because it was just a field, really.

When I saw Tool at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin last summer they also had seats on the floor- I heard that Tool prefers that arrangement somewhere (rumor, no doubt). Seems like most NIN shows in arenas have lots of GA, I know the band usually likes a rowdy crowd response.
