I promptly logged into the system at 5pm PST and was disappointed to not get floor tickets as I feverishly reloaded the page, as I'm sure many of you did. I then tried and succeeded to get one ticket for the lower reserved section in section 103, row Y, I believe. I filled out my credit card information and clicked the pay, or continue button. Imagine to my surprise to get an error page with the message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Since I am not a computer expert, I merely clicked the backspace button thinking it was merely a glitch. I must have stared at the computer screen for 10 minutes or so at the little message that said my ticket order was being processed. Fail. I am extremely saddened by this. I'm more than brokenhearted and I don't know if I can live after a disaster like this. The error page is still glaring at me. I copy-pasted "print-screen" if anybody wants proof that I am not lying. I would like this to be fixed. I hope they have not given my ticket away to somebody else while I was trying to pay for it. I feel cheated. How can they treat fans this way? I need pills now.

I already took pills....the same thing happened with me twice......first was a floor ticket to get the error after credit card and then a reserved seat..same error... so sad....at least I got floor for the Hamilton show.....whew!!! but vegas will be wikked for sure!

I was using Safari and saw that after putting in my credit card info, it stalled at the 'please wait - system processing' message. The status bar stated 'problems opening up new page' ... ... ...to which i proceeded to panic!!!!! But I didn't go back to previous page or hit "reload"... The status bar asked me to click 'Windows/Activity' to see the error message. Hmmm looked like a Javascript error. In the meantime, the 'please wait' message turned into a weird white box with a question mark in the middle ... and stayed there. Thinking "what else do I got to lose here?!" I clicked the little question mark and got to my confirmation screen. OH THANK YOU THANK YOU FUCK YOU TOO GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK YOU DUMB ASS FUCKTWAT SERVER! So yeah, it did not go smoothly at all due to server problems but the Javascript message was a 'red herring' and should NOT have stopped you from fulfilling the order, if you had already made it to the 'fill out the credit card' info screen, unless you messed up the cookies somehow, by going back screens or reloading I'm sorry y'all didn't get through! I am sorry to tell you what may have been the reason why some of you didn't get through -g- : msg/PM me w/ your seating info if you hadn't posted it already - i may not have time to go through the entire thread to find your threads w/ the new seating info!

TR/NIN only buys 10% of the concert tickets for nin.com pre-sale. The other 90% of seats for this show go on sale @ ticketmaster on the 4th @ 10am, so chalax, dont medicate yourself before that too much...

These seats look KILLER from the seating diagrams I've found. SO EXCITED We also got a weird credit card error where it wouldn't accept because it said invalid cid. We know all the info was correct. Right at 6 (MST) my wife got through immediately but my screen was frozen waiting for response from the secure page. Mine appeared with the first continue button when she got to the credit card checkout, but then she had the card error and I was able to proceed and finish the purchase.
