I'm pretty sure it was just your computer. I have not watched it on a computer but on the iPod it plays smooth from start to finish.

Glad everyone is enjoying it so far...When I head into work today I'm goign to try and tackle the Authoring issues.

fishtifer, I said if anyone was interested in the download link, to PM me. I don't check the forum a lot so thats why you never got it from me...I never got a PM from you.

So while everyone is losing their shit over the Wiltern videos I thought I'd share all the Toronto stuff from June 2nd here smiling smiley ...Here is the download link for the iPod version of the June 2nd NIN show: [www.megaupload.com] (around 800MB )

In addition to that, I've uploaded every song onto youtube. You can find them here: [www.youtube.com] (please leave some comments and thank all those who contributed footage)

I'm still doing my best to get this DVD authored. I can assure you I'll never cut on an Avid again. Final Cut from here on out. I'm hoping it will get done Monday but again, I'm not holding my breath...

Enjoy everyone and have a good weekend!

This is so fucking awesome! I was at that show. I can't even describe how happy I am to see such a high end compilation made from the fan footage (Now I'm Nothing is still blowing my mind).

Rival, you are the fucking man!

Here is some pictures I snapped from the floor (may come in handy for covers, extras on a DVD, there are some good pics): [www.flickr.com]

Have you completed any non-MP4 versions of this? Say AVI or MPEG? PM if you do.

Thanks again man! You made this NIN fan's day!

10/26/09 8:59 AM

Thanks again for doing all this, I'm going to wait to watch it in full when you get the final copy up.

Thanks a ton to everyone who contributed and put this together!!!! Seriously, you guys are awesome!

Also, are you going to uploading this as an ISO or something so it can be burnt straight to a DVD? Just wondering.

10/26/09 9:38 AM

ISO?

Once the DVD gets done the whole thing will be going up as a torrent if that's what you mean...

When everything is all said and done there should be iPod, DVD and Xvid versions available.

EDIT: I just figured out the youtube "Playlist" feature...Enjoy: [www.youtube.com]

I'm going to be a little bit of a wet blanket.

Trent may have been all warm and fuzzy during the M&G, but by the time he hit the stage, it looked like he had given all he had to give. There seemed to be no connection between him and the audience. He was clearly cranky and uncomfortable. Granted, even a phoned-in TR performance is more powerful than anything on the planet, but I felt he owed it to his loyal Canadian following to acknowledge them in some way. Suck it up and say "thank you." At that point, for all anyone knew, it could have been NIN's last ever Canadian show.

The next day, at the M&G, he admitted that he wasn't into it, that he was cold (thus the jacket) and that it wasn't one of his best shows. I found it in bad taste to admit that publicly.

On the other hand, he also said that other people thought it rocked. So maybe it's me that's all wet.

I'm still hoping for this dvd too, I would have just burnt the ipod file to a dvd but it is too much of a low quality.

As far as Trent's performance, I was 6 rows away from the front and I thought he gave an awesome performance and loved the set list. I was however distracted by the 2 drunk losers in front of me for most of the show, in Section 203 Row E around seats 18, 19 or 20.

After hearing what Trent thought of show later on I was surprised and a little bummed.

I too was at this show, but I didn't hear Trent's thoughts. What did he say?

I have ripped SUCCESSFULLY to a dvd using imove but I'm not happy with the file's export settings. There was a lot of interlacing on some of the angles and it looked bad on a big screen (52 inch)...I'm exporting another file and I'm going to burn that one. Hopefully it will look better and this thing will be ready to go. I axed the custom menus because I didn't know how to import them in imovie...I don't know much about macs, I was just using one that belongs to a guy here at work.

Rival, thank you so much for this! You did an amazing job. I was in the 300 section too and I saw the show from afar and I sooo enjoy being able to watch it from a closer perspective!

Ahhh the memories! One of my favorite shot it the one where Justin is playing the mini-cymbals during The Becoming. He is sooo serious!

Thanks to everyone involved in this!

I is a happy cute baby otter! grinning smiley
