Hey guys.. I did some more tweaking with the mp3 from fish + Additional Audio from jerometurner (Hope he don't mind ) He said he had video recordings of araneta.. so i asked to get a sample of the audio.. But the audio was from Singapore (Still waiting for the araneta footage jerome) and to my surprise it had good sound. So i mixed it with Dan's recording.

Anyway this is still a work in progress and is not the final version. Also i just found the program i used a long time ago when restoring my moms old analog cassette tapes and vinyls. So far all this was done in Vegas.. so the Singapore audio is a fraction out of sync. Tell me what you think. IMO this is the most original sound so far

nah, it was indeed a fucking memorable time. everything from the wait to the build-up made the concert all the more special. fortunately, the intensity of the performance matched our level of excitement and anticipation. i can imagine what it must've been like for you and your lady, going to some weird country not knowing anybody, hehehe.

i was also happy to discover that there were so many local nin fans. i didn't know any other die-hard fans, save for migsev and ashburn. when everyone was singing along to the obscure songs at araneta, i was thinking, 'man, i love being part of this crowd!'

i'm still waiting for splintr to email me the photos of my meeting with trent. once i get those, i reckon i'll be whizzing around the room again. i'll be a bit embarrassed when the video comes out, to be honest. lol.

The splintr interview is taking a while. And they never replied to me about the recording they made!

Pretty sure they recorded the gig, given the pro-shots shown on MTV of Piggy.

btw I didn't remember they recorded the whole show ? When i was the the front of the stage i didn't see any camera guys in the crew/Pr pit thing.. only saw them at the beginning of the show then later i never saw them again (Or i was to hypnotized by NIN).. hum maybe they ran out of tape

they were there the whole time on each side of the stage after Trent's crew asked them to move away from the centre. There was also a cam on a tripod near the sound board and one in a dome up on the stage (that might have been NIN's) from what splintr told me they got the whole show, i want to see it now hope it isn't censored like mtv aired...
