What model camera do you use? The colors in your pictures just seem to pop more.

^^Thank you so much. It's a Nikon D300. What you are seeing though is mostly likely due to the processing. I shoot in raw, so instead of letting the camera process the images with its own internal presets, I do it myself. Although yes this camera does do an excellent job producing the raw material.

Maryelle, i don't think my eyesight is as good as your pictures. Did we go to the same show?

^^Ha, well sometimes the camera sees "better" and sometimes it doesn't. And thank you very much.

Front of House Engineer was to the left of the Lighting Engineer.
The guy on stage right, or house left, was the Monitor Engineer.

This dude is actually the light guy, which makes it even better. Shows you how much effort goes into the NIN production of these shows. The sound guy, at least at Bowery, was actually off to stage right, audience left, tucked away in the corner. There's a video somewhere on Apple.com with Trent talking about his Logic/Mainstage set up that he uses for live shows.

I'm a complete gear whore, so when I stood behind the booth, I immediately checked out the set up and knew that wasn't the nails sound production set up (it was the house board, which is actually underneath the red light console in this pic)

Horrors used the house light system, I chatted with the guy before the show, he was nice and let me tuck away my poster from the show in the booth.

Ah, really? I didn't even see that guy, once I found my spot immediately behind the booth on the right I refused to move! I assumed the monitors were side stage since there was so little room in the venue.
