One of the best show ever...

From the balcony, it appeared that Trent was crying at the end before walking away.

More later.

Epic show, a great performance and really unique and exceptional setlist.

Reptile with Peter Murphy was especially electrifying. Let's hope that makes it onto the DVD.

Thanks for an incredible show to close out Chicago, Trent.

Final Solution was great. Peter Murphy was even better on stage tonight. I couldn't keep from laughing when he laid on top of Ilan and then nuzzled against Justin. He's got such a great stage presence and it really added to the show.

The most amazing show I have ever been to. So happy I got to see Right Where It Belongs live. Thanks to Trent and the band for a great night.

08/29/09 11:55 PM

This was an amazing show. Really just a great great night. The crowd was in it. The set list was just excellent. And the band was on fire. Could not have asked for a better way for NIN to end their visits to Chicago than this night.

Outstanding!

Legs Hurt, Back Hurts, Body Hurts, and Trent ended the show with Hurt. Perfect song to end the night. This is my 5th show and it was on the top by far. Right Where It Belongs equals favorite NIN song and Trent plays it again live because he knew I was there. An amazing night!!! Thank you Trent and the band!!!

AH MAY ZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG...............wow words can describe the greatness. I got towed after the show cost me 170 doesnt even matter I saw an incredible showwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!

"Don't kill yourselves just yet." - Trent

he was all smiles and talkative tonight
A wonderful final show for me. And way better than last night!

08/30/09 12:10 AM

Came from Pittsburgh to see the show. Was awesome. I've seen them 7 maybe 8 times, by far my favorite one. Will miss coming to Chicago to see them play (this was the 2nd time here for them)...

08/30/09 12:11 AM

Runier was the highlight of the show for me. Thanks Trent!

08/30/09 12:14 AM

There are no words that can describe the performance Trent gave tonight. It reminded me of the downward spiral tour in '95 I had the privelage of witnessing. His energy was at the highest I've seen in years. He had to have been feeding off the crowd- they were totally in it tonight.

Thank you for everything you've treated us fans to over the past 20 years - we look forward to whatever you may have in store for us no matter how long it may take.

Incredible show, better than last night, though if you put them both together it becomes the most amazing set list anyone could ever ask for. Celebrating turning 40 (8/28) has never been so painless! It's been such an epic run, just short of 15 years of seeing NIN live for us. I'm really going to miss seeing this band together playing this music. I am TRULY looking forward to whatever is next for everyone though!

And to top it all off? That photo at the top of this topic, and on the home page right now? That B.A.T. (big ass truck) leaving the venue is us! Best souvenir ever. Thanks Rob!

Thank you for an amazing show! I'm sad to see NIN as it is end, but am so excited for whatever the future brings from everyone who was involved.

I've got pictures going up here: [www.flickr.com]

Though it'll be some time before I plow through & upload them all.

08/30/09 12:30 AM

So my cousin went to see this show. He was in the third row with a friend.

Apparently, he got HD from his new camera.

And he almost caught Trent's Tambourine when he threw it.

Fuck that kid xP

08/30/09 12:31 AM

I'm breathless. This will stay with me forever.
