cool. But there are four possible nucleotide pairs you know taht right? C/G and G/C are different, they produce a different codon. for example, the amino acid that comes out of the RNA codon "GAU" (DNA sequence "CTA"

is different from the amino acid from "CAU" (DNA= "GTA"

So i suppose A/T could be 001, C/G could be 010, T/A could be 011, and G/C could be 100...
But if you only care about which pair it is, by all means 0's and 1's work.
It would be awesome to have a binary file of my own DNA.
