Of the ones that come immediately to mind without going through each song for reference:
1 Ghosts I makes me think of white dust floating against a black void, slowly lilting up and down with the rhythm of the song. When the droning synths come in I think of a blurry, indistinct white figure slowly emerging from the darkness. As it fades into 2 Ghosts I I imagine the figure slowly becoming something akin to the Star Child from 2001: A Space Odyssey. The dust particles become stars, and it floats along, contemplative.
13 Ghosts II makes me think of a married couple, sleeping in a white bed just before sunrise, in a small house on the beach, soft twilight reaching into the room through the window's blinds.
22 Ghosts III strangely makes me think of a baby learning to walk; the way the rhythm staggers initially, and the way the piano and percussion all stop in the middle of the song and sort of correct themselves gracefully evokes, for me, a child stumbling awkwardly once or twice but finally rising in his own small but beautiful triumph.
24 Ghosts III makes me think of a situation like the show Alias. I imagine a spy chick with wildly colored hair (of course) sneaking incognito through a night club and stealing illegal drugs from a bigshot dealer. The dealer's cronies find out and give chase through the building, and finally on top of it. When the music suddenly goes quiet in the middle, the spy jumps from roof to roof in slow motion, when it picks back up she's landed on the other roof, etc. etc.
28 Ghosts IV evokes imagery similar to that of 13, but more melancholy, and the somewhat despairing chords near the end fill me with the sense that the couple's time together is soon to end.
And 29 Ghosts IV makes me think of an alien funk club. They all wear strange hats.
(Edits: I tend to listen to the entire album in one or two sittings so it's hard for me to remember the numbers.)
