I have a one-of-a-kind item whose value I am very curious about.
What I have is the film and match prints for the Head Like A Hole promo 12" (island 878 892-0). This is actually what they used to print packaging materials at the manufacturing plant.
It's 4 pieces of acetate (?) film for the poster, one for each of C,M,Y & K; and one piece of film for the sleeve (black), plus a match print on very heavy acid-free glossy paper for the color poster, with registration marks, and the same thing for the b&w sleeve, only on thinner, less glossy paper.
This is probably something for the hardcore collector, though the color poster match print is certainly suitable for framing (the photo of the Mark Prent sculpture installation with heads floating in formaldehyde vats).
The match print and film have no folds, and have been rolled up in a tube in my closet for many many years.
