The Rated R DVD is a bootleg. Since most of the material is on Closure, it has little value to collectors. Does this include the Broken Movie? I would guess under $20. Since the days of the internet, bootlegs have really gone down in value.

I actually grabbed a copy at Newbury Comics (a New England chain) for I think $7.99 a couple years back. Keep an eye out, I've seen them around for less than $20 lately too

What's a good price on the deluxe 2 cd version of And All That Could Have Been? Been looking upgrade my standard one and the prices seems to be all over the board for the deluxe version.

Anything under $30US new is a good price... prices were up around $50US for quite a while, but seem to have settled lately.

I'd like to get it for about $20 but $30 isn't to bad.

I've only seen two of those shaped discs in my entire lifetime. It is actually a segment from the Disturbed interview. It's hard to give an estimate since it is an unofficial item. I would place it $20 firm.

The Closer To God Pt 2 is pretty easy to get. They run between $5-$10, as does Closer pt one. I have seen them sold together from anywhere $20-$30.

Someone asked about a HEAD LIKE A HOLE 12"...I've seen both the American black version and the UK opal version go up to about $25 each.

The shape disc interview goes for less than 10 bucks on ebay. And Closer pt 2 is also about that much.
If you got it at 2 bucks a pop, it was a good deal, but not unheard of.

I don't think anyone payed much attention to various NBK variations... I know there are some that have more than one version of the soundtracks in their collections, but I'm pretty sure noone went into exploring ALL the variations.

So, soundtracks never became items of great interest for the communities, and have never been discussed at great length, and we don't really know which versions are harder to find than others (and therefore more valuable).

So, in this respect, no, I don't think there is much of a value difference.
