Most of them are stamped promos, it is possible that one was hand written rather than stamped. As for the sleeve, I'm assuming it didn't originally come with it, but you never know. I think you have quite a gem

I love random, unlabeled, stuff like that! AND it's VINYL! So you know I want it! "TheNINCollector" ---> I have the orange pressed "Downward Spiral". I bought it when I first started collecting, thinking I was getting something rare and special...then I found out about bootlegs. However, I didn't pay anywhere near the $80, that the Ebay seller is currently selling it for. I paid a lot less...as should you if you're still considering it. Another vinyl that isn't a bootleg is the 10" picture disc, "The Hand That Feeds". Side A: The Hand That Feeds
