I won an auction of his at the beginning of December and I haven't gotten it or gotten a response from him. I know he is usually slow at shipping, but there's no commucation. It kinda has me worried. Several other buyers on eBay have already opened cases calling him a theif. Which having bought stuff from him in the past and knowing his activity here doesn't sound like him... Just wondering, if anyone knows nintrentfreak and can give him a heads up that his eBay account in going to shit. I really really don't want to open a case, but if I don't hear from him soon, my hand will be forced. Thanks!

nine_inch_nerd member collector Joined: 11/28/07 Location: Dutch Mountains Posts: 494	same discussion is going on on ETS. i had contact with him for years. he bought for more than $800 nin stuff from me years ago. i arranged a payment for years and i received all the money. he's a good guy. i'm afraid he's in a bad situation now. otherwise i could not imagine he'd act like this. if you bought something from him via ebay, it's better to open a case. just to get the money back via paypal. it's nothing personal to him. you have the right to get back your money.... I think I had to come up with a different set if clips because it was so thick. I may have taken the frame apart too. Good luck.
