A wildly funny character driven historical fantasy tale about a circle of French Impressionist artists with the mystery of Vincent Van Gogh's suicide/murder being the focal point. If you've never read anything by Moore, Lamb: The Gospel According To Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal was his highest achievement, but I'm enjoying the new book very much!

She's one of my favourite authors, I love all of her books, but I just can't move through this one. Not sure why, enjoy it while reading it but just don't seem to pick it up often.

Little_Dreamer member Joined: 09/03/09 Location: the middle of nowhere Posts: 136	Just finished reading the 50 Shades of Gray trilogy Wasn't that impressed after the first one, but when I start something I usually finish it and somehow I hoped it would get better. It didn't. Maybe I was expecting something different when I started reading it, but even if I wouldn't have been expecting anything, the books just aren't that good. The characters are annoying and the writing is bad (seriously, I've read better fanfics on the net, which says alot about her writing). MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD: What really pissed me off though was that I got the impression that everyone who is into some sort of kinky stuff must have some mental issues and had a bad childhood. Plus, the cheesy happy ending almost made me puke, seriously. All in all I really don't recommend it. Oh, and if I ever have to read the words 'Oh Ana' again, I can't guarantee for anyones safety...
