Because the battle system was an unwelcome change from the previous titles, I gritted my teeth through the whole thing while complaining and screaming at it most of the time. It's going a lot better now that I've come to terms with it. I'd say I'm actually enjoying it. Except for the damned loot farming...

Namely, I hated the gambit system and missed turn-based. I know the series evolves and I'm not saying it would have been better if they'd kept it turn-based. This time around, I'm actually enjoying it. After playing 7,8,9, and 10 all within a two year time period, there wasn't so much surprise in how the battles played out in each installment. 12 took me by surprise and angered me. ---------------- On a side note, I tried playing Left 4 Dead today, but found out I get extreme motion sickness from it. Wonderful.

There is something weird with the sound also: It either too loud (even with low volume) or I can't hear a thing.

Pros: Great graphics, runs smoothly, and some really great action sequences. Cons: This game has been stupefied for the console crowd. Virtually everything that made Far Cry and Crysis fun... gone. Rail shooter ftl.
