This is Vivec from The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind. He doesn't look like much, but I can assure you that he is the singular reason I started to acknowledge videogames can be art. Not for story or art direction (which would qualify most adverts as art, and I don't have a definition of "art" that is inclusive of advertisements), but because of what his character does in relationship to the creator of art, and its beholder, the player.
