Pretty good in a chill atmospheric way.
Diablo Swing Orchestra - A Tap Dancer's Dilemma

03/19/11 10:55 PM

Swing music and guitars...I like it!

Do yourself a favor and watch it in HD.

03/20/11 7:35 AM

Sorry dude, Tiƫsto's not my kind of thing at all.

Back when The Smashing Pumpkins had something to say.

Rhinoceros is pretty great. Also, Billy Corgan had hair. And I daresay the pumpkins would have a few more things to say after Gish, but Rhinoceros was a great way to start saying it.

Romantic Rights Remix

03/20/11 11:48 AM

Fuckin' sweet. That album has some amazing remixes. I'm glad Death From Above 1979 got back together.

Opened for Nine Inch Nails on a few dates!

03/20/11 12:24 PM

hahahahah, did they really? Reznor is such a hipster. In a good way. Anyways, they sound slightly like At The Drive In. That hardcore-gone-bizarro-indie sound. Anyone know what it was they opened for NIN?

for fans of The Cure, The Killers, New Order, Cold Cave - The Great Pan Is Dead

03/20/11 2:31 PM

I can definitely hear why fans of the aforementioned bands would like that song. It's pretty good actually. I just might have to start listening to more.

The Killers - When You Were Young

03/20/11 2:44 PM

That song is slightly misleading. It makes The Killers sound like a good band. If only they could do that more often.
Manes - Nodamnbrakes

03/20/11 9:43 PM

thumbs up

I didn't like it at first, but then the song really started to pick up.

Now for something a little bit different.

03/21/11 12:34 AM

I <3 jazz. I used to be quite good at the sax myself.

Time for a funny spin on things.

03/23/11 8:03 AM

03/23/11 11:18 AM

I think I like it more than RATM's

Times of Grace - Strength In Numbers

03/23/11 2:27 PM

Man, that is some funny stuff. Who's going to take that band seriously? What a silly music video. Those riffs, techniques, and lyrics have been used so many times by so many bands before them. To its credit, though, it made me want to reread The Road.

Killing Joke - The Death and Resurrection Show
Ignore that this is from the videogame soundtrack. It was originally on a 2003 self titled album.

03/24/11 1:44 PM

I wish there were a smiley to accurately depict my emotion for that song. That was simply awesome. I need a devil horn smiley.

Just thought I should let the poster below me know, you got it going on.

03/25/11 10:36 AM

I thought that was so Funny! haha cool.
MIXHELL What? This is Igor Cavalera?

03/26/11 12:05 AM

That's definitely something right in my alley. Love it!
Continuing on with the heavy electro....The Bloody Beetroots!

03/26/11 4:32 AM

I like that song. They're better live in my opinion; much heavier, on the metal side almost.

Helmet!

03/26/11 9:51 PM

Oh man, I haven't heard that song in years. I forgot how much I love Helmet.
This thread needs more hip-hop.

03/26/11 11:21 PM

Music video was pretty cool, but the song wasn't really my thing. I don't know why, but it reminded me of MC-Pee Pants from Aqua Teen Hunger Force which I thought was funny.

You're going to love this.

03/27/11 4:35 AM

That's probably my favourite instrumental by Nine Inch Nails. Thanks bro.

!!!

03/27/11 6:03 PM

DAVID BOWIE TOTALLY RIP OFF TRENT. jkjk. It's a lovely song.

Jefferson Airplane - White Rabbit

03/27/11 7:18 PM

One of the best songs to get stoned to!
!?

03/27/11 7:31 PM

Hahaha wow. That just cracked me up. There was just something about those bears constantly pelvic thrusting that was simply hilarious.

thumbs upthumbs up

Fucking METAL

The Little Mermaid never seemed so bad ass.

04/01/11 12:51 PM

That movie will never be same for me after that.

I want this Parrot!!!

04/01/11 1:07 PM

that was bad ass!

and now I put my balls on everything...

04/02/11 6:10 AM

Love the chorus with the female singer. The other vocals reminded me of Limp Bizkit. Not a good thing.

Nothing original, still a good song.

04/03/11 2:46 PM

WHAAAT? WHAAAAAT? WHAAAAAAT? OOOKAY!!!
MELVINS FOR PRESIDENT!!

04/03/11 5:30 PM

some nice riffs but i don't like the singing

Stabbing Westward - Save Yourself

04/03/11 8:17 PM

Aside from the music video, I loved that. Great song.

Here's one from a film that's a guilty pleasure of mine:
