seeing_red posted: kinda; especially Korn was just noisy, lyrically honest, scream your lungs out music and after issues they were just chasing a hit, they were not honest anymore i think that's what drove Head mad, i don't think he could cope with the fact that his closest friends turned out to only be interested in another big hit song Head's album is the only real Korn music since issues; Korn is no more. Only these two guys were any good really.

i've thought korn was cool since i heard blind all those years ago.
they peaked with untouchables but i still don't think they've ever put out a bad album. jon's vocals on SYOTOS and Untitled were amazing IMO. i love throw me away and no one's there from the unplugged thing. the duet with robert smith on make me bad/in between days was awesome since it combined one of my favorite cure songs with a really good korn song. i'm not the biggest fan of the brand new single though, but the demo that leaked for "Are You Ready to Live?" from the new album (the demo leaked with the title "My Time"  is really cool. sounds like a cross between issues and life is peachy. | |
