Since I fried my laptop's hard drive, I've been starting to think that maybe I should just borrow or buy cds from here on out. It was a rough choice though because I was also considering Vader's Art of War. Really digging this young girls stuff and I tend to do that (buy as much as I can find) when I find an artist I really, really like. Depeche Mode - Wrong (12" ) Depeche Mode - Songs Of Faith And Devotion (Remaster CD) Depeche Mode - Exciter (Remaster CD) Depeche Mode - Sounds Of The Universe (CD) Marilyn Manson - The High End Of Low (CD) Einsturzende Neubauten - Berlin Babylon Sheep On Drugs - Two For The Show I'm a junky for CD's with the odd nod to vinyl, but somehow can't seem to get my head around the concept of a download, paid for or not. Love the thrill of getting something in the mail or going down to the record shop and searching through tons of plastic and paper and finding something tangible that I can touch, see and hear all at once. SIGHHHHHH. i might be seeing birth control (philly punk) later this summer and i'll try to snag that 7" i didn't buy last time around. even though i STILL don't have a turntable. anyways. as for actual CD, last cd's i personally bought were coil's love's secret domain and scatology (PRICY!), current 93's sixsixsix:sicksicksick and soft black stars, death in june's burial, and pink reason's cleaning the mirror. i'm trying to physicalize (if that's even a word) my music collection, hahaha. it feels wrong to say that so and so is my favorite album whenever i don't actually own it. :> so i paid the price.
