I breathe Nirvana.

I'm listening to the remasters, and can't catch the difference at all sad smiley

I love Nirvana but this has got to be one of the most blown out of proportion overrated bands ever.

And it has nothing to do with a lack of quality and seems more to do with a bunch of selfish greedy assholes.

I'm gonna check out more of their stuff soon~

The original album already sounded great and doesn't have a dated production/mastering. Still looking forward to getting my CDs in the mail.

I'll get the box set just to have the Halloween '92 show. I've wanted the full DVD and high quality CD version for a long time!

They aren't selling the DVD solo? I'd rather buy that.

I know they're selling the DVD by itself, I'm not sure about the CD though.

I think he means the posthumous stuff.

Just picked up the deluxe boxset at Best Buy for a little over a hundred dollars. Last one that they had.

I just bought the super deluxe version on Ebay. I'm not going to open it. With only 10,000 released in America, it will be a collector's item.

Shame that you can't enjoy it though. I just bought a copy at Best Buy, but I still have it pre-ordered on Amazon. I may decide to keep my order so I can enjoy one and keep the other unopened.

Yeah, I considered that and ordered another copy. It would be nice to be able to look at the 90 page book and import the songs into iTunes. I love ebay!

If the Devonshire mixes were released separately (perhaps on vinyl) i'd definitely buy it, but I wasn't about to shell out $165 just for a single disc.

I've just heard the Nevermind singles (SLTS, Come as You are, Lithum, In Bloom) will be released as a 4x10" box set, limited to 5000 copies for RSD Black Friday. Street date: November 25. Oh, and it'll be numbered. Nice!

Btw, I'm really digging the Live at the Paramount Blu-ray, it has beautiful video and fucking amazing sound!

A boxset with all of the Nevermind/In Utero singles was released in the 1990s. I wonder how this is different.

Heart Shaped Box is my favorite song by Nirvana.
I like NIN better though. I can get more use out of The Fragile than Nevermind so it seems.

First band I went cookoo bananas for. Bought bootleg tapes/CDs, had posters, pics, t-shirts, books, the lot. Glad I never saw them live, though. People I spoke to who HAD seen them live said they sucked.

The Nevermind You've Never Heard
The version of Nirvana's album that Kurt Cobain loved best.

Good article. I'm listening to the devonshire mix now and am enjoying it. Too bad that it wasn't released separately from the box set so that it would be more affordable to people.

Just read that Jason Everman fought in both the Afghan and Iraq wars. Was kind of surprised about that.
