Heh, yeah. I'm doing the updates to the WBER concert calendar now (if you happened to see it there). I almost put it in as the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I mean after I saw the first 3 words, and a P starting the last one, I was like "Oh cool, RHCP are playing here!" Then saw that it was $15 and at the Main Street Armory, and was like wait a minute. It's a good thing I didn't put it in wrong, I would have gotten a lot of shit for that from the station manager.


Personally I think that's sort of a douchey move on the part of the band. I mean they probably want as much help as they can get to get people out to the shows, but you can think of creative and interesting names that wouldn't be misleading.

I agree! I mean, when I saw that I was ready to call up a bunch of people and tell them about it and I was going to take off from work and everything. Good thing I read it carefully. $15 did seem a little too good to be true for RHCP..
I'll have to check out the BER calendar, I have to admit that I've never really looked at it.
