Oooh I hope the spring comes here soon, too ^^. I love the first flowers as well, though I'm not too good at capturing them :/, I have pretty much the same problem as you do u.u.

Ok, so I know it's been a while since I last posted any pics from Egypt, but I was just going through all the pictures from there and decided to still post some more
 these are gonna be the last ones.
The ocean was GREAT, we went snorkeling to the coral reefs and it was absolutely beautiful 
In Cairo there were cats everywhere o.O 
Damn bus ruins the picture -__- 
At a touristcafe on our way to Luxor there were young girls with some "animalpyramids" (trying to ask money for taking pictures of them, ofcourse)  | |

To me, the bus in the pyramid-pic is a very obvious white spot >< it just bothers me. And since I'm not such a good photoshopper, I can't make it go away .___. but whatevs, at least I captured the pyramids. The water ain't frozen in that picture, but you're damn right about that: she doesn't give a shit (about anything -.-)! | |

And yeah, the glitter-thing is natural... I thought it was kinda weird o.O. And was also surprised by the sharpness of those flower-pics o.o with my crappy old, very ordinary digital camera I think that's quite an achievement (well mainly the first pic, since the second one has some blurriness to it). | |

A couple from yesterday. I had my employer's Nikon D70 with me at home. I'm taking it today too. Just trying it out, since I've always been a Canon-girl. This time I'll take some close-ups propably (since recently I've mostly taken pictures of landscapes -.-)

This one is a wax-rose but I bet you can't even tell it's a rose, since it's almost dead anyway -.-... Just thought it might be considered artistic or something ^^' Took these pics with my new camera, Canon EOS 1000D ^^ (FINALLY I have a systems camera! Well... a beginner's systems camera, but awesome anyways ). They don't exactly stand out, I could've taken these pictures with my old camera just as well. I just need some time to really explore my new precious camera so I can get better.

Can anyone tell what kind of a moth is that in the picture?
Just saw that species for the first time in my life last night. There were maybe three of them in our garden. They were huge and really fast, I screamed when I first saw one of them flying straight at me o.O lol EDIT: Oh, already found out it is an elephant hawk-moth u.u and it seems it's not even rare hmph...
