it was a good show! im glad he braved the winters in canada and came up!

heres a pic of alessandro and myself (right) and steph on the left - i tried to get a few pics in but my camera battery didnt make it very far.

I did not see him drinking from the beer bottle; it was just on the floor in front of him; that's how he accidentally knocked it over. Maybe it wasn't his to begin with...

Come to think of it, he's been really nice to me.. Putting a ticket aside for me just in case I'm late for tomorrow and all. Plus Ally wouldn't have done this tour without him booking the venues. You talked to him a bit too I think.. Long hair..The guy that performed just before Ally did. He's a friend of a friend, and I got to know his girlfriend, who's very nice too. Actually she's the one who specifically told me that Ally doesn't drink, but that he doesn't mind if ppl do when they are with him

So you went to Toronto? Will you be in Montreal too? I'm on the road in a Orleans Express bus from Gaspé to Quebec, then I'll hitch a ride to Montreal tomorrow morning to get my stuff together at my apartment before I go to the show.. I'm hacking net connections along the way at every stops

Oh and both your pics are nice (although he didn't look too happy)! Better than mines! Thanks for posting them, you're a doll. I liked meeting you too, we should totally go for a coffee sometimes!! We could invite Ally and co. lol

And is it just me or the "girly" crowd grew bigger at every shows? Hope he's got enough cds and t-shirts for the orders I took in! His buddy told me there should be yesterday.. Maybe I should call him.. I'll see to it tomorrow cuz it's getting late.

I'd post some pictures of him to make my rambling smoother to your eyes, but being in a bus isn't making it easy, sorry. Il post a whole bunch after the show tomorrow to make up for it. Promise. And this time I won't be in them for real.

Thanks for trying, either way this works out.

Apparently they were already running low on EPs by the time the merch booth opened to everyone in Toronto. It basically comes down to people buying a few (read: 5 at most, from what I've heard) to give to people who couldn't go.

Re: Ally drinking. He's said in the past that he doesn't, but I vaguely remember reading somewhere that someone bought him a drink at a modwheelmood show and I think I've seen photos of him sipping cocktails. It's entirely possibly that he just drinks occasionally or that the not-drinking is a recent thing.

It was probably Trent's influence. When you work with a guy like that you've gotta find other ways to have fun, I suppose

I understand that Ally wanted to sell all he could as fast as he could, and no, there are no more CDs left. I'll refund you guys tomorrow, and the one person that ordered a t-shirt, I'll get it, but I can't guarantee the size he will have. There are not many left either!

That's too bad, but that's so cool that they all sold! He totally deserves it.
