It's still does but that never meant that the Shitlist was to be turned into a Party Room thread. It means that the behavior that isn't tolerated anywhere else in the forum will be allowed in that thread. For example: if I wanted to call someone a "steaming pile of shit", I could only do it in the Shitlist. (By the way, things like racism and homophobia aren't allowed there either)

I'm very well aware of how the term "Ponyland" came to be (sometimes, I miss Pretty Maiden). But it was used first for the reason I stated earlier.

And that's where you would be wrong: I was the one who initiated the discussion between the mods about the Shitlist, this time around and a few other mods (and 2 admins)agreed that we had indeed and that it was time that we started to enforce that rule. We had agreed a few months back that we would not tolerate the derailment of the thread any longer but we failed at implementing it.

No matter how much I love the Ponyland, I've always felt that the Shitlist should remain very serious business. That was my stance on it from the very beginning.
