My V-taper is coming along pretty good but, I really need to fill out my upper lats.
Spinal erectors say "What?!". Deadlifts rule.
Pretty hesitant to put this one up because it's a bodybuilder pose which people not "in the loop" probably frown upon. Hopefully you all don't think I'm just another cocky meathead. I still still feel awkward doing any type of posing except for the lat spread (first pic)... Whatever. It kinda is important to take progress pics and I'm just especially happy with these ones.
