No! There was one other that said that he was dizzy too. Check a few pages back to confirm.

Let me know if the problem persists, and I just may switch it out..

First, I would find a handgun. Then I would proceed to put eight rounds into his sorry ass.

Just remeber, feel free to ask a serious question as well. If you need advice will give a serious honest answer.

BTW- I am sober today, unlike Friday night/early Saturday, so I am a bit more cohearent.....

Well, you wouldn't be the only one first of all. Gas prices, energy prices etc. All of that hurts. The economy as a whole is in the shitter, and a lot of people are struggling to get by.

If you work full time and it's not cutting it, you may need to get a second job. Try bartending.

V why is aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase known as the "second genetic code"? besides because its ability to recognize tRNAs

Alanyl-tRNA synthetases (AlaRS) catalyze the aminoacy- lation of tRNAAla and thereby establish the connection between alanine and its codons, according to the algorithm of the genetic code.1 This reaction takes place in two steps catalyzed by a single active site. First, alanine is activated with ATP to form alanyl adenylate, releasing inorganic pyrophosphate. The aminoacyl moiety of the adenylate is subsequently transferred to the 3'-OH of the terminal ribose of tRNAAla (with the release of AMP), where the carboxyl group of the amino acid is linked via an ester bond to the tRNA hydroxyl.1 Ala-tRNAAla is then bound by the elongation factor Tu-GTP complex that brings the charged tRNA to the ribosome. AlaRS has had a prominent historical role among the aminoacyl tRNA synthetases.

For example, E. coli AlaRS was one of the first tRNA synthetases to be cloned and subsequently subjected to detailed genetic analysis.2-8 This analysis established broad features of the organization of functional domains that proved to be generally applicable to synthetases as a whole. It also provided one of the first of now many examples of a synthetase having a novel function not associated with aminoacylation.9 Most significantly, the enzyme provided the first example of an RNA-protein interaction that led to the concept of a second genetic code.10-20 Finally, AlaRS has one of the most unusual evolutionary histories and, as such, has been important for understanding the early evolution of living cells.

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

If a train is traveling at 54 mph and another train is traveling at 60 mph they are heading toward each other on the same track and started 1040 miles apart and the current time is 3:00 pm. What time will they crash killing everyone on board?

Leave the drugs, but booze is always good. Well, just not too much. Once in London, hit up Cafe Pacifico and Wagamama for me. I miss those resturants. Fuck I wish Wagamama was here in the States.....

10/19/08 4:44 PM

Wagamama is for twats, TBH.
I mean, just go to a fucking take-away.

Drugs are a must really, I'm gonna be staying a hostel where quite a few prostitutes spend their evenings after a long night workin'

10/19/08 5:49 PM

Get bent on the Wagamama comment! the finger smiley

But if you are really going to the hostel and hanging out with hookers, don't do antying foolish. As in forgetting to send me photos.

Seriously though, the only people I know who go to Wagamama are people who live right out in the sticks with 5 bedroom houses and more cars than a dodgy garage.

Since I read the graphic novel, I knew it was coming. It was hillarious however, one of the people in the theater said to his girlfriend "Oh no he didn't". I fucking laughed.

That whole sequence was very well done. But the scene that sent chills up and down my spine was when V is trying to calm Evey down after she is realased, and is standing in the rain with her arms up, with the scence cutting back and forth between her and V (when he is on fire) screaming. With the music that was playing, I couldn't help but feel a rush of emotion.

Do you look like you are 18? I understand what is like to have a baby face. I am 29 years old, and if I shave, I look like I am 21. Hell, just four years ago, I had a co-worker ask me if I went to prom and if I had a good time.

Anyway, if you do look young, wear a grey wig and bright red lipstick. Then they will run in terror.

As for me being cool, I just try to be myself, and have fun. Life is too short to be pissed off all the time, even though life hasn't always been kind to me. Frankly, life has stomped my face on several occasions.....

Is it the same as FGM?(mutilation) but for boys. What is your opinion?
