Most rockstars you see on TV are like, "Mumble, mumble, fuck yeah, mumble", but Trent writes and speaks like a professor! And what would I say to him if I saw him in person? I've thought about this a lot, and I'd either blurt out something I didn't really mean to say aloud like, "Your eyes are beautiful!" or else be really formal and say, "What a pleasure and an honor to meet you, Mr. Reznor, sir!" He'd probably look at me like I had lobsters crawling out of my ears...

I would probably make a total fool out of myself and say something like "OH EM GEE IT'S FUCKING TRENT REZNOR OH MY GOD I WANT TO FUCK YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL EL OH EL" (yes, I would sound out the abbreviations lol) and then I would realized what I said, and proceed to die inside. Or maybe I'd just be my regular goofy self w/ him, and ask him to sing a song for me. LOL. and be like, "give mama some sugar". I always kinda wanted to nibble on his neck, like ask if I can give him a hug and just, well, nibble nibble? is that wrong?

[/quote] Yeah I LOVE the fact that he's so eloquent, and well spoken. the first time I heard him speak I was like...that is trent reznor? what??! And I also love when he posts anything on nin.com or whatever, his grammar is always perfect. I love how he says "going" instead of dropping the final "g", little things like that. He does talk like a professor. See, him being hot as hell isn't all we love about him... it's also, at least to me, his intellect... I read somewhere he's a walking encyclopedia of music... like he knows everything from Beethoven to the cars, etc... sigh. he has it all. and he ain't giving it away. Life isn't fair. :-(

His lyrics and music just moved me. I finally had something to relate to. Even to this day married & all...no one gets me & they don't take the time to find out. As time & albums were released I fell more & more. Esp to the piano/him ie still. Truly heavenly. He has grown more handsome in the years. I love the short beard thing. So warm & fuzzy! Well I could go on! but...must go for now.

This has gotten wayyyyyy too much about how hot Trent is... and I wanted to make it clear that first and foremost, I have a deep and very real respect for Trent as an artist-- his music is why we're all here, that's why we love him. I mean, don't get me wrong! Trent's HOT!! but first and foremost he's a musician, a fucking genius! I just didn't want anyone to think that...well. That I only love him for his body. I mean, partly, yeah. Not gonna lie. But first and foremost... his music is an outlet for me, it's how I get my own feelings out. His words and music gave my inner torment a voice. ok... I'm done... steps off her soapbox not saying I don't want more hot pictures of trent. I do. I really do.

I love that he can play a plethora of random instruments. That shows intelligence and helps the music grow. I adore that the year zero CD changes colors ( i know that doesn't have anything to do with him but i just noticed it again when i took it out of my CD player...sorry.) I also appreciate that he goes to such extensive lengths for his fans as far as trying to make the music, tours/shows and whole NIN experience constantly better.

I love him because he is able to allow me to feel every emotion I wouldn't be able to evoke otherwise. His music is the soundtrack to my life, since infancy I've been listening and unlike other artists that have disbanded or died, he remains, feeling, growing, churning out the noise that nourishes me. It's like that cliche phrase: How can someone know you so well, who has never met you before? how? how is it possible, how is it possible to love him as a brother, a father, a lover, a friend....his voice is the only one that has been there as such, and will be, forever.
