Ha ha, you're not the first person to assume that.
Depending on who he's talking to (or just the scenario) his voice can sound even softer, or harsher. It's like anyone, I guess. There are a few videos on YouTube with Robin talking, but something like this Q&A session is a rare thing. I can't wait for the full video/audio to be uploaded! Edited 1 time(s). Thanks for posting all these, Jodi. Saves me the stress and sadness of looking them all up Not that I won't still do it...but all this unfiltered Robin-ness in one place is mighty convenient. What can I say, in this thread I'm a taker and much less of a giver hehe.

Even though at 5'3" (or 160cm ), I don't have much of a height advantage when standing and am considered quite short, while sitting down it's not uncommon for me to tower over other people by several inches. I remember in HS I had a boyfriend who was an inch or two taller than me, but when we sat in the cafeteria tables at lunch I always had to hunch over because I felt like a giant compared to him. Didn't help that he was skinny as shit and probably weighed less than me.....(sorry for the random tangent).
Can't wait for upcoming media from the Gary Numan shows. I can't make it to Coachella (or CA) myself, but I've enlisted a friend who IS going to Coachella to get some pictures from GN's set. I don't know this guy too well nowadays to completely divulge the extent of my fandom..but I definitely nudged him towards the direction of getting some pics of Robin if he could I hope he won't get confused if there's more than 1 guitarist... | |
