Laura, thanks for posting that pic here! It's hard enough to get a good shot of Robin when you're not on the rail.
the_fragile, I really love that one of Robin during "Hurt". maryelle, if you're looking for Robin pic haters, I think you've come to the wrong place!  I think we're all pretty nice about different types of photographs here. There's nothing wrong with that pic anyway.
Tara, thanks for posting more of your pics. My favourite is the "Survivalism" one. Also, I like that rehearsal one too from the second post! Ahh, the red hair. LadyRedCrest, as usual, thank you for your photos! This one's my favourite:

Thanks for those pics rockchick! The one that makes you happy, that's cause it's Robin dancing. That's why it's cute.
Alright, this was posted on this forum already, but I'm surprised no one brought it up here. I missed it completely until as of late. This is Robin at that House of Shock.

^I guess the security is more obsessive nowadays. At that time, the rail was closer a bit, although he did lean towards me, he stepped on the road cases, and I reached as far as I could to get it too. I was lucky to be the tallest girl around, cuz it created quite a commotion. nobody took it away, and I drank what was left (It was almost full) and shared with my friend who couldn't believe it!
"whoa it's so cool, it's cool!! you got it!! Whoa he gave it to you I can't believe it did you see?? he gave it to you.. can you believe it?" was all she could say. It took me a few days to fully realize what happened. it's just a normal plastic bottle. But it used to be Robin's! Now it's mine!

And the part I didn't explicitely mention in that bottle story is that Robin had actually drank from the same bottle himself!! When I got back from the show, all exited and hysterical, I told my ex (who wasn't my ex at the time). He said something like "and you don't even want to share an ice cream cone with me!! If you're sick tomorrow, I don't wanna hear any complaints" I didn't get sick.

*sigh* I really want to stop religiously lurking in this thread on a daily basis and join in on the festivities. I just don't know if I can properly control the fangirl tendencies (which have been present for a good 13 years now) for long enough.

At first I tried to deny the existence of the fangirl inside of me. Then I tried to repress her. Eventually, I learned to live with her. She's easier to control now that there's this thread where I can let her play along with the other fangirls of the world. that way I let her play until she's tired and falls asleep, then she doesn't get noticed by anybody in the real, non-internet world. I'm even sure I could have a normal, adult-to-adult conversation with Robin, and he wouldn't even notice she's there, trying to get out. | |

Tara, I completely missed the House of Shock photo as well! Thanks for bringing it over here--he looks kind of like a kid in that picture.

I caught one of Robin's waterbottles as well that he drank from, the first one he threw out, at the first show I went to on the summer tour. That's probably the first and last time I'll catch anything at a NIN show! I was joking to my sister that I would never pee again. 
Also, I just got my passport today, so I'm clear to go to Vegas! I'm thinking about leaving photos to people who know what they're doing, and just taking clips of Robin playing from selected songs, and making a Robin video out of that. | |

Anyways, if you can manage to get on the rail in between him and Trent, it's the best place to take pictures and videos. Be careful with the camcorder policy that's back to normal. I would have taken that clip myself, it would have been amazing, he was looking at me at some point in that whispered part! But the damn security guy wouldn't let me He said that I could only take pictures.

I have seats for this show, so no rail for me.
I think the GAs must've sold out in about three seconds. I'm in section 103, so that's not bad. That's supposed to be the cool section to be in, or so I've heard. Though, preferrably, I'd like a seat closer up in 102, near Robin. I might resort to bribery if I care enough the day of the show. I don't know. I doubt anyone will be giving up their GAs.
I took some video and a couple photos of Robin at the two shows I went to this summer, from the rail, but my camera was absolute crap, and I didn't know what I was doing anyway (since I'd never taken photos at a show before). The video wasn't too bad in a couple of them, but the audio majorly sucked. This was my only "good" picture, and it's absolute crap: 
After that, I thought, "No more pictures, I fail at this!" Thanks, though, I'm really looking foward to Vegas! I'll try my best to get some good footage of Robin, regardless of where I am in the venue. Seriously, it annoys me when people scream during the "God Given" whisper part--I mean, afterward is ok, but how awesome would it sound if everyone just shut up during that part? That would be so cool. | |

I kind of converted my sister, after telling her for months "We're going to be standing in front of ROBIN, okay? Do you understand how exciting that is?!" and she really didn't care. Holy! I get busy for a night and look what I come back to. I love that new pic by Rob above. Although there was much talk on ETS about how funny it is that Trent is all level with the rest of the guys. Look, the phone book made him as tall as Robin!
