Actually, I do kind of have something now... See, there's this website called The Chive that I'm a member and big fan of. Well, due to popular demand, they're opening up a dating section on their fine site tomorrow (or technically today, since it's past midnight) for all the single Chivers and Chivettes. So who knows, maybe I'll find someone special there. It's at least worth a shot, right? |

Oh, and I found out Kenny is now in a relationship with some new guy. I'm not all that surprised, though. She's one of those girls for whom it's impossible to stay single too long. She's hot and she's fun to be around; guys ask her out all the time. As upset as I am that I once again don't have a chance with her, I just hope this guy's not another asshole. If she's happy, then I'm happy for her. |

Well, the Chive's dating site is up and running, but just not for me
I get to the first part of creating a profile where it asks what gender you are, what gender you're looking for, age bracket and zip code, but I can't go any farther than that. Seriously, all I get is the infamous "page cannot be displayed" and no amount of refreshing can make it work. Maybe it's just all the rain we're having today... I'll have to try again later. Not really! That's the weird thing! But I figured I wasn't having any luck on my own and I don't have the money to pay for professional dating help, so I might as well try something different. It's a free site so I didn't need to pay for membership, which was a definite plus for me
It's damn near impossible to meet the kind of girls I like at bars and I don't get out enough to other places to meet girls (not that I'm any good at striking up a conversation with them or anything), so I thought this might be worth a try. I haven't had any hits yet from anyone else, but then again I only joined at around 11.00 last night  I seriously spent over an hour working on my profile
So how are all my Prowlettes and Prowlings doing? Does anyone have anything fun coming up this weekend? As for me, I think my voice is pretty close to just up and leaving and going on vacation for a while |
