Went to Yellowstone with the family & rented a giant cabin. Saw every animal there was to see in that region (including a grizzly bear) and did a bunch of awesome hiking trails.
I went to San Diego and Palm Springs with my girlfriend and another couple for five days. That was awesome because we had timeshares to these really fancy resort-type hotels and we always got the best room. It was great, relaxing fun. (despite getting the police called on us at 3.00 in the morning for playing Rummy, WTF?)
Gut instinct would probably take over so I'd swerve, crash into a tree, and leave the damn squirrels high-fiving each other like in the insurance commercial.
Last week, I was watching the movie Fearless on DVD, it always hits me hard. But now my mom is very sick, and we are having a good relationship for the first time in our life, so I did produce buckets of tears and snot.
Actually no - it seems a construct as people couldn't handle the idea of god being responsible for the 'bad' things as well as the 'good'. They also got hardcore into this reward, punishment, control trip... Saw a good doco on the subject a while back.
Product of an unenlightened pov, in brief.
Do you think there are parallel universes/realities? (& if so how many?)
