Concert calendar is filling up again, but nothing until Sept. Then I have Bonnie Riatt and My Morning Jacket one weekend, and Garbage and Florence and the Machine during the same week in Oct. Might squeeze in Silversun Pickups the same week at Riatt and MMJ, but geez, that might be overkill . . . .

Oh wow. I have iTunes on album shuffle, and it just found some Coldplay on the network. Hang on . . . .ah, Cheap Trick, much better. Nope, had no weekend plans. Got all my chores done on Saturday so I went shopping yesterday . Somebody's got to keep the economy creaking along, right? Didn't buy much, but did get a wake up call from that spare weight I've put on in the last year  . Stupid metabolism. I hate you.
Yeah, the fact that there's a sort of plan for new TR music of any kind is good  . Maybe by Xmas? That's "soon", right?
I'm not sure if it's the leather shorts as much as it is the garters. Cute, leather & chain garters. And the guyliner. Hard to argue with that. Um. Right, back to work. Now. | |

Oh, and I got my MMJ Roll Call stuff. Poster, tshirt, laminate to get in a special Will Call line, etc. Pretty nice, actually

And I have baseball on tv tonight. That's good too. Day 2 of the diet is coming along well. I just have to get it into my thick skull that I can haz beer or ice cream, but not both . And certainly no more nibbling on nuts all evening!

Things are so much better without her. No office for me though, John and I run a coffee/bagel shop.
John's going to Cape Cod with his kids next week, so I have to look after the store. A little stressful but hopefully it will go well.

Maybe next year I'll get a new computer, but then again, everything on Abby Normal runs just fine, so I can prolly squeak another couple years out of her.
Nuthin' goin' on here - just the usual assortment of job, chores, Lulu, sleep. Deb is still recovering from her surgery and back at work. My grandma hurt her back and has been in hospital overnight twice now . Poor thing - they couldn't figure out why her lower legs were getting so swollen, so they kept her in last week and sent her home when the swelling went down. Happened again 2 days later. This time they went over everything she's been eating and drinking, and . . . .
You know how on a prescription it'll say "take with a glass of water"? Well, all of Grandma's pills for her back pain say that. So she'd take one, drink an entire glass of water, go to the next prescription, drink another glass, then the third, another glass of water. Every 4 hours. Round the clock. Her poor kidneys just couldn't process it fast enough! Poor little Grandma . She's MUCH better now. | |

Going to an A's game on Sunday, but otherwise it's a fairly lazy weekend. And, to be honest, going to sit in the sun for 4 hours doesn't really count as exertion. It shouldn't, anyway | |

I've had my iPod classic on shuffle all week. It's surprising how often other bands get played, considering that almost half the space is taken up with NIN
. Really, I'd say NIN gets played every fourth song or so, on average. Not that I mind !! | |

Hey bink. Hope things are going good. Work has been hell for the last month. Working 6-7 days a week. But Vegas is 5 months away,so making lots of tips for the trip.
HTDA touring,should be interesting.
