You should at least get an interview. Of course, with how the fucking employment here works, most positions are catered with one individual in mind but legally they have to advertise for it. Plus, the whole tribal preference thing, which doesn't always work to anyone's advantage. Sometimes you get these complete dolts and they are practically useless. That's one of my coworker right there. She's been here for over two months and she has learned very little. I wish they would shit can her already, she can't improve. It's like she refuses.
