A few weeks ago, my profile was completely erased, sans my avatar, and left where I can't even update or replace what was lost, as nothing will save. I'm confused to whether this is a technical issue or if someone has it out for me. I'm hoping this can be resolved to I can spend my time on nin.com contributing and not hunting down MODs for help!

I've had the same issue after being banned and re-admitted here (long story) I was told to contact Fuligin and enochroot regarding my profile issue. I did, but since I didn't hear back from them, I talked to SwimFin, who then told me that the problem was probably permanent, and that is probably the reason why I didn't get a reply. Some link somewhere was broken and it apparently can't be repaired. I was offered the option to create a new account by my friend who's also a mod, but I chose not to, since my screen name is important to me and I didn't want to lose it. So if I'm wrong and my profile can be fixed, it would be very much appreciated. Otherwise, I still appreciate the effort that was put in fixing the issue. Thanks guys!

That old address is going away soon so I would really like to correct this. Can anyone help with this? Oh, the correct email address is showing in my profile, but it still sends to the old one. For example, the "Pretty Hate Machine [2010 Remaster] - AVAILABLE NOW" email went to my old address...

If I visit the user's profile, it tells me I have not selected anyone to send it to but I have. I can't hit reply and send a message successfully either. I've come back on to log on to the system and reset my password but it's saying that account is invalid. I set up this one and then searched for my original profit and found it. Every time I try to confirm the account my original account according to the reset email, it automatically logs me on as the new account i created as "Dough_nut". Can anyone help me get my original account back? Cheers!

Then look here in the forum to see if the avatar appears. If you don't want a title, just go back, remove it then 'save' again.

Or, there is an email address mixup; please send me a pm as to which email address you want on the ningsnin account and I will reset it. If you can't login here, send an email to me at the address on my profile.
