I find it really unintuitive that you have to upload at the very least two pictures for your profile (one for the little avatar and another for your large profile picture). And wouldn't it be great if you at least had the option to have your picture scaled to whatever size without getting the proportions fucked up? And another (minor) thing that I find a bit tedious is that you have to enter (for example) "www.last.fm/user/xx" to get a link to your Last.fm, or whatever profile. There's a set prefix (www.xx.com/zz/yy) for every one of those sites that you can choose from. So it shouldn't be a problem if I just wanted to enter my username for those sites instead of the entire URL. Other than that things look dandy so far. Take care. edit: clarified title of thread. bluegrass member Joined: 11/27/07 Location: Wales Posts: 3	A small suggestion (because i'm sure you haven't got enough work on your hands right now) It would be useful to have some indication of whether there are any new posts in threads/forums that you haven't yet read and a link that takes you straight to them. Like they use on vbulletin-based forums. With so many different sub-forums here it's going to be a nightmare having to check new posts and remembering which ones you have or haven't read yet.

We plan to unify some of the avatars, but you will get the best results by simply re uploading.

I just have a couple of small things to suggest 1. There should be a scroll lock in chat so one can read back without it auto-scrolling back to the bottom whenever a new message is posted. There may be a button somewhere I've missed but I don't think so - sorry if there is. 2. Chat doesn't recognise UK windows keyboard mappings, it uses the mac layout even though my operating system is set to UK windows layout. Not a major problem but it means a few sysmbols aren't where I think they are.

Perhaps include a link under a user's name to begin streaming a remix they've uploaded and chosen in their profile, or something to that effect. Let users explore new music while they are reading the forums.

It would be cool to have one based off of each album's cover art, though I don't know if that would be an option with albums released under contract. It's a little superflous and probably something for the back burner, but it would be nice to have a little variety. I like the minimalist design a lot, but the colors are a little bland for me.
