Wow... in the course of three months, there are nearly 300 posts in this thread. And I haven't even looked in any other suggestions areas. My recommendation is that until the forum is a little older and more stable, rather than just one confusing clusterf*cked thread of suggestions, it might be best to temporarily open an entire forum or sub-forum for suggestions.
kdplayer mentioned the use of polls; I would agree. Polls tend to cut back on the number of repeated request. (For example, in this thread there are several requests for a 'new post' button,so a decent poll would be "How useful would a New Post button be, 1-not useful 2-somewhat useful 3-greatly useful.) Or for ranking purposes, a poll similar to "What feature is most needed, 1-New Post button 2-Reply button 3-black background 4-Ignore funtion."

no. one has to deal with mods no matter if one likes them or not. it would be to easy to say "but i had no chance to see the warning since i have this mod on ignore!".
Hey... If they're stupid enough to block a moderator, and stupid enough to cause trouble enough to get a warning, possibly several different warnings from different moderators, and are stupid enough to complain that they never saw the warnings, then they're probably stupid enough to be elected president, so ban them anyway and save us all the stupidity.

Actually, I sorta enjoy the Vlad the Impaler feel of leaving those threads up for all to see.
