I think the posts displayed per page should be reduced from 30 to 20.

Suggestion:

I think it would be very useful to have a multi-quote function that allows us to quote several messages in one single post and avoid double-posting.

the font color for search results is terrible. at least for me the color of the postings listed in the search results = white, which makes it impossible to read them.

and i think that the board overview page should not only list the thread-quantity of each board BUT ALSO the amount of posts made in each board (as usual in many other boards)

Vehemently disagreed. Everyone has a custom title option in their profile - perhaps that could be used?

An ignore function.
Greater customization of your profile (ability to change colours, backgrounds etc)

It would be useful to have some indication of whether there are any new posts in threads/forums that you haven't yet read and a link that takes you straight to them. Like they use on vbulletin-based forums. With so many different sub-forums here it's going to be a nightmare having to check new posts and remembering which ones you have or haven't read yet.

Nice thought, I support that. But it's not urgent.

I'd rather it be user definable, as I'd much prefer to set it to something like 80 or 100, I don't see the point in pagination on broadband connections.

Unfortunately we don't have that option available to us right now. But I agree and I know a lot of others do as well.

Rob's already spoken with the developers about this and should have it so that the topics are different shades of gray depending on what has happened with them.

Chat suggestions:

-Colored text makes it easier to see who's saying what.
-Private chat was better as a window over the main chat so the main chat could still be read at the same time without flipping back and forth between tabs.
-The ability of being in multiple rooms at once is cool, but perhaps a way to see who's actually active and who's idling would be good.
-Sooooo glad there are no stupid sound effects *meow*

No, I don't want a clone of The Spiral, I just thought these particular features were helpful
