Help us out by listing your operating system, browser version, and which version of Flash you are using (right click in the chat window and you should see "About Adobe Flash Player" followed by the version number). This is for bug reports only - keep discussion to a minimum, and if you are in need of help, go to the tech support forum. Thanks! KNOWN BUGS: - Right now, chat uses avatars from the remix site. While this is not a huge problem for us english people who use a slightly different QWERTY, people who use DVORAK and other foreign keyboard settings could find it a problem as their letters will be replaced. (XP, FF3, and Flash 9, although I don't think it makes a difference)

Joined: 11/30/07 Location: your ass Posts: 17	bugs/problems: german keyboard layout works only partial: i am not able to write the following symbols: : and ;, instead, i get < and >. the scrollbar always jumps down if a new message appears, what makes it incredibly hard to read past messages. its kinda hard to make out what mods say, they should write in a different color. or username displayed differently. or both. xp, ff3 Edited 1 time(s). Joined: 11/24/07 Location: using my new user name en Posts: 141	Sizzledra posted: Firefox 3 (not blocking popups) with Flash 9,0,124,0 once I press connect, I get stuck at the Welcome screen. ok go into your internet settings(tools look up at your address bar)you may need to allow the site to do this hit options, you will see block pop ups, uncheck it, then hit allow sites copy link, and paste it then hit add, also make sure if you are using a firewall make sure it is not blocking the application, if this does not work pm me, it is a IRC type application, seems like it.... sorry answered the question, I had same issue at first with chat Edited 1 time(s). I can connect and see everyone talking in the rooms perfectly, but can't seem to type in the send box. This could be something on my end since I'm having my own issues with the net.

Feel free to dleete it if you haven't already (it's late leave me alone ). Anyway, what I said there has been doubled here already but I've also wondered if it would be possible to select someone's name in the chat window to send them a PM as well as finding them in the userlist? Not a biggy but it's something I'm used to doing and it's bugging me to keep trying to do it and realising it doesn't work.

Also the list of all present isn't in alphabetical order - trying to see who is online is cumbersome. Last, but by no means least...... it's way too fast. I'm not the only one to mention that tonight. Anyway of slowing it down slightly? But, never say never. Apparently emoticons are visible in chat.... just not to me on my MAC. Any advice anyone? Mine isn't showing in chat either, although it does show everywhere else, which is probably the case with the others as well. Any suggestions?

wraith member Great Dick-Tater Joined: 11/24/07 Location: South Burlington%2C VT Posts: 1,745	When one uses the flash wrapper from beta.nin.com.etc.etc. then actions (/me ...) show up in every room which is rather confusing for everyone (if funny when used appropriately). I've logged in using my regular IRC client and this doesn't happen so it's something to do with the wrapper. I've tested it with other people using the wrapper trying to send me actions from other rooms and with me trying to send actions across rooms to other people and neither happens when I'm using my regular client.
