yea, it's not working for me either, I've heard other app designers stating they are waiting for Apple approval, and with all the apps getting re-approved for iPad versions as well (And time to actually code the bloody thing) I guess we'll just have to be patient
All the crappy apps that still work really grates me though... | |

Rob has said they are working their butts off trying to rush out an update that will be compatible with OS 4 so don't worry
Just going to be a bit of a waiting game for a while that's all. | |
