The dates are all too close together to make it doable. Bill Frisell Trio The Bill Frisell show is at the Turning Point in Piermont, NY near the Tappan Zee Bridge. If either of you have ever been there, it's an awesome little club that holds about 50 people. The Turning Point Cafe I've never seen Bill Frisell yet, & have been looking & waiting to see him for about 12 years since I first heard him. That kind of takes precident since I've seen NIN 4 times already. I already know I am going to regret not going & would love to see Jane's Addiction.......Oh well.

Penny453 posted: We'll be there on Saturday, May 23rd for the early Bill Frisell show. Not sure if we'll be eating dinner there or not, but likely we will. The show is downstairs at 7:30 pm so we'll be there around 6 pm to eat upstairs in the restaurant. I'm dragging my Mother & Kate to this show, so I'll be in NJ in the afternoon to pick up my Mom. It's a small birthday dinner/event for Kate's 10th.

The tickets were $50 each. Yeah, it's a bit expensive, especially at this small club, but it's one of those shows that I don't mind spending a little more on. Bill Frisell doesn't tour often, so to me it's worth it. Did you click on the link I posted to see what his music is like? If you both do decide to go, let me know. | |

Aah my 1st post!
Am coming to NYC this summer and was wondering how easy it is to get to either the 'PNC Bank Arts Center Holmdel' nj show or the 'Nikon at Jones Beach Music Theater wantagh ny' transportation wise, never been to the east coast so not too familiar with where everything is and how it all works! | |
