I've seen some hot chicks there and you have a pretty nice pool and it's not in a bad neighborhood. Kinda secluded, considering they are college apartments. Nothing in walking distance really, you gotta drive to the nearest eateries or grocery stores, and definitely to the college campus. It's really close to one of our community college campuses though, the nice one with the tennis courts and all. So that is a plus. And it's not far from St. Marys hospital, in case you get a stabbing wound.
