Hey mags, did you go to see jubilee?

hey darcy...i did ^_^ i was blind drunk however ( a bit more than i had wished for lol) kinda ruined it a bit for myself, its mostly a blur, had i been a little less drunk and had more time to plan we should have arranged to find each other lol.

i hope there is another chance soon ^^.

did u have a gd nite? apart from that any craic?

we were sitting in the corner nearest toilets, spitting out an odd bit of ceiling which kept falling into our pints! due to the shitty venue and shit sound!still had a good eve....

are you going to see Judas Priest, Megadeth and Testament feb 11 in the Odyssey Arena, tickets went on sale monday past>

haha, annies is cless, simply cos its so shit lol.
na don't think i'll b going to that, seen Megadeth a few years back, and im not overly fussed on the other 2. mite b goin 2 see Depeche Mode in london tho in jan!

im from dublin and it would be brilliant if there was a lights in the sky over europe which included a dublin or ireland date.any of yas know if they have plans for a european leg of lights in the sky.

10/21/08 10:15 AM

nothing has been spoke of as of yet, but I'm hoping inext year. they did Europe last year, America this year, perhaps next year there will be another European or world tour. who knows?

10/22/08 6:09 PM

There'll have to be a lights over europe tour! t'wud be amazing to see their new show in the O2. At last ireland has a proper venue! Have seen NIN three times at this stage, way back in 1994 in the SFX (RIP), brixton academy, and supporting the foos. They said they would be back at the foos gigs, so here's hoping!

10/23/08 12:28 AM

Liar!! Up to this point I was the only one seemingly at the sfx show!
I was actually questioning myself, as I have yet to meet anyone else who'd been. Substanciate your claim old fart!!

10/23/08 1:12 AM

hilarious.... maybe he has his framed

10/23/08 7:08 AM

I'll try prove it! I might even still have the ticket. I know i kept my smashing pumpkins tickets when i saw them in the sfx. will look for it over the weekend, and post it here. also heard a rumour that bono was there too on the night at the back of the crowd. it was an amazing gig full of drug fuelled energy. all i can really remember is trent thrashing his keyboard. it was on a swivel type thing. absolutely amazing gig. one of the highlights of my gig going career!

10/23/08 5:19 PM

thats right at marley park trent said they would be back soon!
well its been long enough...comon trent lol

True. And without a doubt the loudest gig I was ever at. It was blistering. There couldnt have been a better venue at the time. Merchandise I remember was 2 tshirts, "salt trails" or tds "month". I got both, and ended up wearing 3 t-shirts that gig.
Pinion was awesome!!!

10/30/08 7:18 AM

i saw a guy in a white self destruct 94 tshirt at marley park - thats as close as i got to it.

right now all i want is brixton dates - its far better venue than any in ireland - plus easyjet / ryanair / whatever makes it easy for us to make a 'trip' out of it

11/05/08 4:38 AM

i think i might push the boat out and maybe go that bit further to see them say berlin, paris...... i was tempted to book vegas for dec but the $ is shit at the moment!

11/09/08 6:24 PM

Yea, me too. Still tempted! vegas oh so far away tho. my guess is that they'll announce a european tour after their final gig in vegas, as an xmas pressie to all the fans over here!

11/16/08 5:17 AM

this:

Stay tuned for some 2009 tour announcements soon.

I would 'support our own', if that site actually worked. Registration feature has been cancelled on it, so it's pretty useless!

12/17/08 2:40 AM

Hey there, sorry about that - I installed some new features to improve it and didn't notice the tiny checkbox that said "disable user registration" - am very sorry about that and thanks for letting me know.

Anyone should be able to register now without any hassle,

Cheers,

Louise - ninireland.com
