Perchee, here's the gig:
Xvostya will have his laptop for drum loops and whatnot, and a keyboard.
I'll bring my bass and Karmen's bongos.
You get your guitar.
I asked the Gromka people to provide microphones and a switchboard to plug all the stuff in (including my bass, if it can be done without an amp, the laptop and the keyboard). The rest of the stuff (your guitar and the bongos, and my bass, if it can't be plugged directly in the switchboard) will be with microphones.
Both me and Xvostya agreed not to ask them for money. I did say that it'd be nice to get free drinks and a couple pizzas, and to put some people on the guestlist (if they charge for entry).
I also asked about promotion, because I have no idea what to do in that regard: do I print our own posters and stick them around Ljubljana, or have the posters photocopied on A3 paper? So, I asked if she has any suggestions.
I don't expect they'll fill up Gromka for a Russian guy with some unknown Slovenian friends
But it'll be fun all the same!
I'm in touch with Xvostya, to see what he wants to play from his repertoire, so we can practice a bit before he gets here.
We've got Friday, Saturday and Sunday for rehearsals at my place. Monday/tuesday will be a bit weird as I'm working in the morning, as usual (as are you, presumably), and then Tuesday night we do it!
I'm biting on more than I can chew, here

It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye!
